Allison & Tyler ~ August 8, 2015 ~ Ancaster Ontario Wedding

It was March and Tyler and Allison decided that they would take some time together to make maple syrup. Tyler designated one specific tree as Allison’s to take care of. She did the drilling and tapped the tree. Not too long after this day, Allison and Tyler headed bcd out to collect the sap pails. To Allison’s surprise they were empty, which was a bit frustrating because she wasn’t so keen on going out to collect in the first place. They continued to check and as they approached “Allison’s tree” she noticed something hanging on it. Tyler had taken the wood from their Christmas tree and engraved a sign into the wood that said “Marry Me.” Moments later Tyler was down on one knee. Allison said yes and this past weekend this beautiful couple became husband and wife.

The wedding took place on the outskirts of Ancaster at Tyler’s parents farm. The day was simply beautiful… not too hot, not too cold. The weeks leading up the wedding were a bustle of activity at the McBlain farm. They transformed their shop into a beautiful wedding venue. A space usually filled with combines and tractors was now filled with enchanting lights, barn board decor and about 1000 sunflowers. It was perfectly Allison and Tyler. We had such a beautiful day with Tyler & Allison. I am so grateful to this lovely couple and their great families for making us feel so very welcome and being oh so cooperative during photos! We are loving you guys to pieces! Enjoy this sneak peek of your beautiful wedding day in photos 🙂
