Several years ago, I was finishing my degree in university. I had no idea what the future held, but trusted that I would figure it out. I was, and still am a believer.
I love people’s stories and their expressions of emotion, whether it be through the written word, or capturing this through the lens of my camera. I invest my heart into building authentic relationships because I believe that this is where we find our purpose. I love to laugh, but mostly I love when others laugh in front of my lens.
After a bit of a broken path in attempting to find my way in the work world, a dear friend of mine suggested that I pursue photography. The rest of the story is just details (training, experience, trials & tribulations), but it was at that moment that my life would be forever changed. 13 years later here I am. I have a very happy and incredibly important job that I am so grateful for.
I’d love to hear your story and would be honoured to document your moments. Send me a note, or give me a call if you’d like to chat, or grab a coffee sometime. If you’d like to learn more about what I’m up to day to day, you are welcome to follow me on the social media links below.

A peek into my life…
In the random days that I’ve been blessed with time off, I spend this with my boys… Chad (husband, and love of my life), Lucas (10 years, and future NHL star), and Zachary (4 years, dreamer of being just like his big bro).
I dream about being able to give more to others and about being more present in every moment. I hope to make a difference in even the smallest actions of the day. I love to run, to photograph, and to pray in thanks for the gifts I’ve been given in this life. I love to laugh until my eyes water and my tummy hurts, and if I can remember to just ‘stop’ everything, I’m often amazed at how beautiful the simplest things can be.
I write simple, short stories and thoughts. I try to hold onto memories through these words on paper. I hug because my very favorite place to be is within an embrace. Whether it’s my son’s, my husband’s, a friend’s, or someone I just met; I love a good hug. I rarely nap, but often wish I could.
I find peace and joy in knowing God and long to build my relationship with Him. I want my family to be happy. I try to be a better person today than I was yesterday, and want to be more tomorrow than I am today.
